Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival

Each year, the Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival hosts an array of annual events to celebrate the blooming of the trees.

Celebratory events include Blossoms after Dark, which celebrates the beauty of the blooms in the twilight, and The Big Picnic, near the 100 blooming Akebono cherry trees. There are pop-up events, bike-riding excursions, and, of course, tree walks.

The events are open to everyone and offer a way to bring people together to enjoy the splendour of spring.
