The BC Sports Hall of Fame is open from 10 am to 5 pm on Wednesday and Saturday at Gate “A” of BC Place. Relive some of BC sport’s greatest moments in our Hall of Champions and Best of BC Galleries. Experience the 2010 Olympic Games all over again, and stand on the podium where the Canadian Men’s short track 5,000m relay speed skating team were presented their gold medals. Learn about Canadian heroes Terry Fox, Rick Hansen, and Greg Moore, and see artifacts from their personal collections, including one of Greg Moore’s race cars and the wheelchair Rick Hansen toured the world in. Celebrate our local teams, the BC Lions, the Vancouver Whitecaps, and the Vancouver Canucks, and take a peek into BC Place Stadium through our large viewing window! Run, jump, and play in the Participation Zone. This hidden gem is definitely worth a visit.
