Support Indigenous artists by shopping for holiday gifts at the Cedar and Snow Indigenous Art Market. Wander through the stalls to discover traditional and contemporary art including beadwork, books, illustrations, medicines, and more.

Circle Craft Holiday Market

Where: Vancouver Convention Centre, 1055 Canada Place, Vancouver

With over 300 artisans, the Circle Craft Holiday Market is one of the largest craft markets in Western Canada. It's also one of the oldest, dating back to the 1970s. The market is organized by the Circle Craft Co-op, an artist-run cooperative that supports artists from across BC. If you can't make it to the market, drop by the Circle Craft store on Granville Island to browse works from local artists and makers.

Francophone Christmas Market

When: December 7

Where: Le Centre Culturel Francophone de Vancouver, 1551 W 7th Ave, Vancouver

Connect with Vancouver's French-language culture at the Francophone Christmas Market on December 7th. Listen to festive music while you shop for handmade products and delicious treats. Bring your kids to enjoy face painting, postcard making, and a visit from Mrs. Claus.

East Side Flea Holiday Markets

When: Saturdays and Sundays from November 9 to December 15

Where: The Flower Box, 1101 Union Street, Vancouver

Wander through the stalls of vintage and handmade goods at the quirky East Side Flea Holiday Markets. Running each weekend until mid-December, the market features diverse vendors each day. The East Side Flea is also famous for its fun atmosphere, which includes a DJ, food trucks, and a bar.

Vancouver Christmas Market

When: November 13 to December 24

Where: Jack Poole Plaza, 1055 Canada Place, Vancouver

Celebrate the season at the outdoor Vancouver Christmas Market in Jack Poole Plaza. Modelled after traditional holiday markets in Germany, it includes stalls selling ornaments and other festive gifts, live entertainment, thousands of twinkling lights, and lots of delicious German food including Glühwein (mulled wine).

Nikkei Craft Fair

When: November 16 and 17

Where: Nikkei Cultural Centre, 6688 Southoaks Crescent, Burnaby

The 22nd annual Nikkei Craft Fair celebrates Japanese-Canadian culture during the holidays. Browse over 80 vendor stalls to shop for Japanese items, handmade crafts, and delicious food. The fair also features food trucks, a kids' area, community booths, door prizes, and a wreath-making workshop.

Got Craft Holiday Market

When: November 23 and 24

Where: Croatian Cultural Centre, 3250 Commercial Drive, Vancouver

With an emphasis on handmade goods, Got Craft is one of Vancouver's largest indie markets. Their holiday market will include over 100 makers, food trucks, and swag bags. There will also be a Mini Makers area where "Kidpreneurs" under the age of 16 can sell their crafts.

Good Stuff Market

Where: Heritage Hall, 3102 Main Street, Vancouver

The focus at the Good Stuff Market is on handmade gifts and stocking stuffers. In order to make the event accessible and affordable, everything is priced under $50. Shop for clothing, jewelry, accessories, ceramics, holiday decor, candles, snacks, and more.
