New Waterfront Festival ‘SHIPPED’ Announces Line-Up

The City of North Vancouver, in partnership with the Lower Lonsdale Business Improvement Area, is launching a new event this summer! The SHIPPED Waterfront Festival will be held Saturday, August 11 at The Shipyards. The festival will feature live music, food trucks, zip lining, a family zone, beverage gardens and local artisans.

At SHIPPED, there will be four stages for live performances. The line-up features HUMANS, a JUNO-nominated indie-electronic duo, who have appeared at major festivals including Coachella, Osheaga, and Shambala.

The full line-up includes:

TD Main Stage presented by Creative BC and Music BC – featuring HUMANS, Leisure Club, Sam The Astronaut, Tonye Aganaba, Colin Bullock, Blue Strange, Sweetz, and Smile Band

Darwin Stage on ‘Adventure Avenue’ featuring DJ Marvel & Seko from The Freshest, Chloe Morgan, DJ Goodspin, and North Vancouver’s DJ Kelso

Cates Dock Stage – featuring DJ Flipout, DJ Goodspin, Rico Uno from The Freshest, Colin Bullock, Chloe Morgan and Olin Brix

Seaspan Family Stage in the Pipe Shop – featuring Rockin’ Robin, Storytime with Rapunzel, Peter GG, Mike Battie and the Kids Can Dance Party with Rockin’ Robin & Rapunzel

Lonsdale Quay Stage – featuring Liam Sturgess, The Heels and the Perform Arts Studio Dancers

SHIPPED Waterfront Festival is expected to draw thousands from across the city for a celebration of the newly renovated Shipyards District, with music, food, waterfront festivities and activities for everyone.
