Gather Together for Fan Expo Vancouver
Fan Expo Vancouver (FXV), the city’s thirteenth annual three-day comic book and pop culture convention, has unveiled its most star-studded lineup yet. It's scheduled to take over the Vancouver Convention Centre from February 21-23. Gather the family together for a fun-filled weekend celebrating all your favourite characters and fandoms from the worlds of animation, gaming, sci-fi, fantasy, and more all in one place.
Special Guests
Each year, Fan Expo offers an impressive list of celebrity guests and actors from some of the most famous film and TV franchises, including the legendary performers behind fan-favourite characters like Darth Vader and Captain James T. Kirk.

Fan Experiences
In addition to a star-filled guest list, FXV has a wide variety of immersive experiences, including the fun Cosplay Craftsmanship Cup, Family Zone, other themed attractions, and an always expansive vendor hall filled with unique art, rare collectibles, and exclusive merchandise.
Fans can also encouraged to participate in all the different workshops, gaming zones, and various celebrity panels celebrating the best of pop culture.
Looking to spend and shop for one-of-a-kind pieces? Browse all the exhibitors with many diverse artists will be on hand selling their original artwork, from Canadian creators like New Brunswick artist Nick Bradshaw, Toronto-based Jim Zub, legendary Superman artist Tom Grummet, illustrator Nick Marinkovich, colourist Dave McCaig, cover artists Mike Rooth and Casey Parsons, Calgary-based creators Rick Overwater and Sami Francis, and Kelowna native George Michail.
After the Expo
For those seeking more geek-themed activities outside of the Expo, try visiting Golden Age Collectibles or Tazmanian Comics for all your comic book, collectible, and shopping needs for the best selection in Vancouver.
Attendees can also grab a drink or snack at a games-themed restaurant or bar after spending the day at the convention. Visit arcade bars like Greta Bar, The Den, or Glitch. Restaurants with a healthy board game selection available while dining include Score on Davie, Pizzeria Ludica, Off the Grid Waffle Cafe, and Back and Forth Bar.
