To honour the final weekend of the concert tour of the year, Fairmont Waterfront invites guests to a celebratory Bottomless Brunch on Saturday, December 7, and Sunday, December 8, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at ARC Restaurant. This award-winning brunch features menu items crafted to lift the spirit, such as “Friendship Waffles,” topped with fresh berries and chantilly cream, and “Togetherness Toast,” an artisanal avocado toast to enjoy with friends. Special cocktails and mocktails include the “Kindness Spritz” and the “Golden Mimosa” (a refreshing blend of prosecco and orange).
