From April to October, we have a dedicated team of over 190 knowledgeable volunteers. They share information with locals and visitors across Vancouver and at our information desk locations downtown.

Volunteer recruitment occurs between January and March every year. Our City Host Volunteer Team for 2024 is full. To join our 2025 volunteer group, please submit your application below.
Help tourists at info desk locations
Vancouver Convention Centre East: May 1- October 31 (8am-4pm), October 31 - April 30 (10am-3pm)
Our volunteers are stationed at our information desk in the Vancouver Convention Centre East year-round and seasonally at our kiosks.
